Shipping
We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. over $100. Please note, that *Free Standard Shipping is not available for shipments to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO Address, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or International orders. International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE! We prepare your shipment according to the service that you select at checkout. Please note that all orders are shipped with Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped out the carrier will bill you for any import duties, customs and sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Due to restrictions, Lost + Wander does not ship to the following countries: Belarus, Burma, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan/South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
Shipping Process:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 Business days of purchase from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders purchased during these times will be processed on the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 processing days during promotional and holiday period.
- We are unable to make changes once an order has shipped so we ask that you ensure all information is correct before submitting the order.
- When selecting express or international shipping, please note that we are only provided with an estimated date from our shipping carriers.
- Once the order have been packed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for reference.
Return
Domestic Returns:

- Once approved, the system will automatically generate a USPS label that you can use. Please note that we are only able to create this once so kindly ensure that the label is used within 5 days from the day it was created.
- Items that are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached, purchased in the last 30 days are eligible for return.
- Returns of swimwear are only valid if the hygiene slip is intact.
- All Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

- Once approved, you will receive further instructions on where to send the return. Please note that we do not provide a return label for all international orders.
- Items that are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached, purchased in the last 30 days are eligible for return.
- Returns of swimwear are only valid if the hygiene slip is intact.
- All Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
- You can exchange items for a different size when you start your return.
- We currently do not accept exchanges for different styles or colors.
Faulty Items :
- Customers are entitled to a full refund within the 30 days of purchase if goods turn out to be faulty.
- Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customer negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls from wear or not following the care instructions, will not be eligible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.

Refunds
- We are not obliged to provide you a refund or exchange until we receive the product(s) back from you.
- Please note that shipping cost is non-refundable.
- If your return has been rejected for any of the reasons stated in our policy, your item(s) will be returned to you along with a letter outlining the reason(s).
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within approximately 3-7 days of being processed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

- Gift cards.
